Buyer issues Letter of Intent. (LOI) 2. Seller issues official soft corporate offer (SCO) 3. Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) 4. Supplier issues FULL Corporate Offer (FCO) 5. Buyer sign and return to Seller the Full Corporate Offer; 6. Supplier provides Contract for Buyer's rectification >7. Upon bilateral ratifications, Buyer and Seller sign contract. >8. Supplier to issue through a Prime Bank Swift Confirmation MT999 (informational) to Buyer's Bank confirming being in possession of documents proving ability to supply product from Refinery(ies) - (POP); 9.
