标题: 矿山设备买家Dear Sirs; Have a good day. We are an Egyptian Company (Mani Group company) have Chrome and Manganese Ore mines in Sudan. We need a mining company to help us by the technical support and machines. >>We need to make Preparation For Manganese and Chrome Ore as follows: First (Line contains the following steps) : >1-The Comminution >A-Primary Stage (Jaw crushers - gyratory crusher-Cone Crusher-) >B-Secondary Stage/ Grinding Stage (Ball Mills) C-Screening. We need a separation machine to only pass the Chrome / Manganese Ore lump size (1*1) cm (from a grid). >We need the Cr Ore input concentrate to be 30% the output not less than 60% . >2- The Concentration Process: 1-Heavy medium separation (Sink and float unit). 2-Classification >3-Magnetic Separation (Magnetic Concentration Unit). 4- Centrifugal Separation (Centrifuges). >5-Froth Flotation (Floatation Cell/). >6-Gravity Separation (Jip Machine) 3-The Agglomeration Process: 1- We need to know the sintering method as (Dwight-Lloyd sintering machine) 2-The dewatering treatment as thickener (Rake Thickener) We need your best quotation for that if we need to buy or rent.We prefere to buy. >>Second : The sorting stage (Screen) : 1- We need it to just separate the Ore Lump from dust. >2-The Loader will be 10 MT weight >3-The quantity that will be put on the screen every time will be 30 MT as a max Capacity. 4-We need a dam /wall to be as a buffer for the loader to collect from it the lump. 5-I send you attached file that contains the required simple idea needed for this screen and I want you to send us the supposed dimensions and angles and the displacement rate ,etc…..(The full technical and Commercial Offer) >We already produce Chrome and Manganese Ore.
