This is a "YES" or "NO" answer. >>IF "NO" - does your other customers in AUSTRALIA use your previous certifications in order to get the full "SAA APPROVAL". If they have done this, explain to me the FULL PROCESS of exactly how this works, etc. DO NOT JUST TELL ME TO "CHANGE/SWAP CERTIFICATES" - if you want to do business explain to me EXACTLY WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. >>AGAIN. If you give me some silly short answer like "SWAP CERTIFICATES" without explanation I will not reply. 2) Please email me quotation in EXCEL SPREADSHEET showing clearly PICTURE, PRICE, DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS of all the items you sell WHICH HAS THE FULL SAA CERTIFICATION. DO NOT just send me to your website or I will not respond. Actually take the time to make recommendation for our management to consider. >3) ALSO - please confirm, do you currently have customers in AUSTRALIA? >4) If you have customers in AUSTRALIA, WHO ARE THEY AND WHAT ITEMS DO THEY PURCHASE? If you do not have customers in AUSTRALIA, who is your biggest international customers? >>5) SHOW ME any AUSTRALIAN CERTIFICATION for your items. NOT AMERICAN. NOT EUROPEAN - but AUSTRALIAN CERTIFICATION. >>6) Explain to me, in DETAIL - your experience in exporting to AUSTRALIA >7) We are MAIL ORDER COMPANY - and this means all our items must be in MAIL ORDER PACKAGING with DROP TEST APPROVAL. This means, the carton can be dropped from 1.2m height and have absolutely no damage. EACH CARTON MUST BE LIKE THIS. Please CONFIRM you can do this and show me pictures and video. >>8) Our INITIAL quantity is 100pc PER MODEL ONLY. if you will not do this order then do not bother reply to me. >>---------------------- Remember - do not just send me a general email back otherwise I will know you DID NOT read my email.
