标题: buyer information从商务部网站商淘赖滴。CNG High Pressure Cylinder Manufacturer >Darch Brothers Ltd (DBL) sells all types of CNG equipment for the conversion of cars, buses and trucks – petrol or diesel - to run on CNG (compressed natural gas) or a combination of CNG and diesel. DBL has been supplying CNG equipment all over the world for over 10 years and sells CNG equipment in Pakistan, Malaysia, Egypt, India, Ukraine, UK and Europe. Its associated companies sell CNG equipment in all the major South American markets. >An essential part of the equipment that DBL supplies is the high pressure cylinder used to store the compressed natural gas on board the vehicle or as back-up storage at the CNG re-fuelling stations (cascade cylinders). These high pressure cylinders have an operating pressure for the cylinders used on board the vehicles of 200 bar and an operating pressure for the cascade cylinders used at the re-fuelling stations of 250 bar. They have capacities of between 30 litres and 140 litres with outside diameters of between 240mm and 390mm. These high pressure cylinders are made from steel – either Chromalloy steel tube or formed from steel plate (which are lighter than cylinders made from tube). They are manufactured to several internationally accepted standards, principally ISO 11439, NZ5454 and R110. These three standards cover the requirement of all the major countries using CNG as a transport fuel. Any manufacturer of these types of cylinders must have an independent, internationally accepted, third party quality control system such as Bureau Veritas, SGS, Lloyds, etc in place, other wise customers will not buy their cylinders. DBL is looking for a new manufacturer to supply its CNG cylinder requirement for all the markets it is selling in now and in the future. >If the chosen company is able to supply cylinders of the right size and at competitive prices for the different markets that DBL sells in, the DBL could want to order on behalf of its customers up to 5,000 cylinders per month of both vehicle and cascade cylinders. DBL will work with the company to introduce its cylinders into the DBL’s current and future markets. >Contact: <A href="mailto:stuart.darch@btinternet.com stuart.darch@btinternet.com
